Sales Executive
Permanent and 6 month contract.
Summary of the role:
CWC Conference Sales Executives are responsible for the sale of delegate tickets to attend CWC conferences and associated events and products, primarily in the international energy sector. The role involves selling to top level executives in the industry.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Selling to a pre qualified contact list of prospective event attendees.
- Generating own leads
- Meet pre set daily call numbers set in line with event attendee targets.
- Daily management and maintenance of contact list(s) in conjunction with electronic database GoldMine.
- Maintain daily call and response records and provide accurate and detailed weekly (or as required) progress reports to aid in conference marketing, management and planning.
- Actively participate in the progressive evaluation and planning of the production/marketing/sales of the subject conference.
- Maintain accurate sales records
- Follow up the payment of sales secured.
- Dealing with customers through the complete registration process.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
Not essential but marketing, sales or business related tertiary qualification would be an advantage.
Foreign Languages are an advantage
